Dear Editor:
As an employee at Ridgemark Golf and Country Club for a total of 13 years, I am excited to inform the community of the great experience awaiting them at our club. Your experience at the club, whether in dining, golf, tennis, lodging or catering will be unmatched in service and amenities.
Terry Clark, the chief operating officer, who joined the team in April, is a dynamic, natural leader with great expertise in all aspects of the golf club and hospitality industry. He is the first general manager since the club’s inception with the credentials to lead it to become a premier facility.
His vision, expectations and objectives for himself and the staff is honesty, truthfulness, personal integrity, and 100-percent effort to enhance the quality of service and amenities to our members and guests.
He has given all employees every opportunity to join the team and work together to improve Ridgemark to its’ utmost. His goals for the club are impeccable and unimpeachable.
He has the vision, experience, professionalism, ability, personal integrity, and the moral fiber to lead the R.G.&C.C. organization into a first-class operation for the first time in its history. If R.G.&C.C. is to move into the role of a first-class operation, Terry Clark, as an experienced and proven COO, is thankfully the one who will lead the club into its future.
I am sure the members of Ridgemark Golf and Country Club have made themselves aware of the trust he receives from the employees and appreciate the wonderful gift he is to the club.
The president and CEO, Larry Cattran, is to be thanked for his diligent efforts to hire the best person for the position and for sorting him out of the long list of candidates for the COO position. What a marked improvement with more on the way.
As a long-term employee with great affection for and loyalty to Ridgemark Golf and CC, I want to express my gratitude to both men for their dedication, professionalism and desire to do what is best for the club, members and the community with integrity and honesty.
