TERESA ELIZABETH CURIEL (VILLARREAL) passed away at in Hollister, CA at the age of 33. She was born in Gilroy and lived in Hollister all her life. Teresa is survived by her loving children Monique, Angel, Xzavier, Moriah Villarreal all of Hollister. She was the beloved daughter of Elvira Galindo and Francisco Curiel; The sister of two wonderful brothers Fabian and Carlos Curiel all of Hollister; and her grandparents Evangelina Ortiz and Benjamin Galindo of Hollister as well.She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.

Teresa’s strong faith as a Jehovah Witness was ever so present in all she aspired to be and do with her family and others. She faced every obstacle in her life, especially during her long battle with cancer, with courage, strength, and determination.

Teresa and her children where inseparable. She taught them by example of the peace, quietness and the love within her. Teresa was lovingly cared for by her constants …her brothers, her mother and her father, they where her rock. Teresa’s family will always remember her ‘bigger than life’ presence by her strength, humility, and relentless courage.

Teresa will forever be missed by her family and all who knew and loved her.

The Rosary will be on Thursday, October 21, 2010, at Black-Cooper-Sander Funeral Home.

Her Mass will be on Friday, October 22, 2010, at 10:00 A.M. at St. Benedict’s Church. Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery following the mass. Celebration of Teresa’s life will follow after the burial at The Vault in downtown Hollister. A Memorial celebration will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses in Hollister (Fallon Road/Fairview Road) on Saturday, October 23, 2010, at 3:00 P.M.
