Aug. 2, in Roseville, Calif., at the age of 75.

Former Hollister resident Thomas Foster Hood died on Saturday, Aug. 2, in Roseville, Calif., at the age of 75.

Hood was a member of the Sun City Roseville 18-hole men’s group as well as Ridgemark’s men’s club.

He is survived by his wife, Patti Hood of Roseville; his son, Tom D. Hood of Folsum, Calif.; daughter Jennifer Hood of San Jose; sister Mary Anderson of Tucson, Ariz.; as well as his mother-in-law, brothers- and sisters-in-law and seven grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, Aug. 31, at Pines Clubhouse, 7200 Del Webb Blvd., Roseville from noon to 3 p.m.
