state ranking into tonight’s Central Coast Section Division I
semifinal volleyball match against No. 2 seed Mitty at Santa Clara
High.
No. 3 seed Hollister High (30-4) will take its highest-ever state ranking into tonight’s Central Coast Section Division I semifinal volleyball match against No. 2 seed Mitty at Santa Clara High. The Balers are ranked 9th in the state by Cal-Hi Sports and equalled their national ranking of No. 44 by StudentSports.com.

The Monarchs (30-4) are ranked 17th in the nation and fourth in the state.

Match time is 6 p.m.

Meanwhile, Anzar High (23-11) takes on Redwood Christian (17-8) in a CCS Division V semi tonight at Mitty High at 6 p.m. The Hawks are seeded No. 1 while the Eagles are seeded fourth.
