Resident of Hayward, Ca.

A retired U.S. Postal Carrier died December 4th at the age of 86. Victor was born March 3, 1922 in San Juan Baptista and grew up in nearby Hollister, CA. And some years later he worked for the Alameda County roads department, and ultimately went to work for the U.S. Postal Service, where he spent his entire career at the Hayward Branch. He also had a gardening business on the side. Gardening was his passion in life.
