The San Benito Haybalers battled back from a 2-1 deficit to top visiting Palma in five games (25-20, 23-25, 23-25, 25-22, 15-12) on Thursday night at Hollister’s Mattson Gym — the team’s fourth straight win and fifth straight in league play since dropping the season opener.

San Benito is now 5-1 in the TCAL and 7-6 overall.

The Balers will visit undefeated Monterey on Tuesday night at 6:30 p.m. The Toreadors have yet to drop a set in league play.
