Proposition 91: This would prohibit use of some fuel taxes in the general fund and further restricts how and when general fund borrowing of transportation funds is allowed.

Vote: Yes

Propositions 94-97: This would ratify amendments with four state tribes to add 17,000 slot machines to casinos.

Vote: No

Propositions 93: This would restrict legislators tenures in public office to 12 years.

Vote: Yes

Proposition 92: This would set community college fees at $15 per unit and limit future increases.

Vote: No
