Walter L. Rabenorth passed away at the age of 79 in his home in Hollister. He was born in San Francisco, and came to Hollister in 1980. Walter was formerly a Deputy Sheriff for the San Francisco County Sheriff’s Department for 25 years. Member of Ridgemark Golf and Country Club.
He was the husband of the late Marjorie Rabenorth, who died in 1989 and brother of Toni Churchill of Hollister. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Walter’s wishes were for no funeral services. Private interment will be at I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Hollister. Contributions are preferred to San Benito Home Health Care, c/o of Grunnagle-Ament-Nelson Funeral Home.
