Warren L. Byers April 16, 1922 – December 25, 2013

Private family services will be held at a later date. Mehl’s Colonial Chapel was entrusted with the arrangements.
 After a long life enjoyed to the fullest, Warren Byers died peacefully at home, in his sleep, at the age of 91.  
 He is survived by his brother, Robert Byers (Dorothy), his sister Charlotte Edgerton (Leslie), four children, Terry Byers (Janet), Jeff Byers, Jane Badeaux (Jon), and Telford Byers (Julie). He also leaves behind five grandchildren: Jason Hajduk (Missy), Malia Byers (Dan O’Connor),  Kate Byers, Allison Byers-Peck (Michael), and Elise Byers, as well as a great-granddaughter, Grace Hajduk. He is also survived by his beloved companion of 5 years, Gracia Hunter.
 He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Byers, in 2006.
 Warren’s favorite way to spend his time was with friends and family, savoring every activity to the fullest. His enthusiasm, good nature and quick wit added to every endeavor, and his loyalty earned him life-long friendships.
 Whether it was after a great day of skiing, flying, sailing, tennis or golf–or one of the many other pastimes he excelled in during and after his thriving dental practice–he never failed to say it was the best time with the best company, and he meant it. 
 He will be dearly missed.
