Hollister players win National Junior Basketball
Championship
The Lady Ballerz won the first ever National Junior Basketball
Championship for Hollister March 4. The team is made up of fifth
and sixth grade girls, coached by first time NJB coaches, Tina
Garza and William Smallwood. They went 12-0 for the season.
They won the championship game against the undefeated Saratoga
team by a score of 32-24 at Buchser Middle School in Santa
Clara.
