Phil was born in Fredricksburg, VA on Feb. 7, 1927, to Herman and Ruby Everett (both deceased).

After graduating from James Monroe High School in Fredricksburg, VA, he served in the U.S. Navy Air from 1943 to 1946 in the South Pacific & served in the U.S.

Navy Reserve at Anacostia Naval Air Station, Washington, D.C. from 1956 to1958. He was a World War II veteran.

He was a long time member of the Salinas Lodge No. 614, B.P.O.E. and the American Legion Post No. 31.

Phil’s last job was in sales for Tadco Supply, San Jose. He was a natural born salesman with a sense of honesty & integrity that was appreciated by his many

customers.

Phil was a kind, warm-hearted southern gentleman. He was loved very much and will be missed tremendously. Phil is survived by: Louise Everett, partner. Daughters:

Pam Turcotte, Debi Levi & Jean Moore all from Winchester, VA. Step-Daughters:

Laurie Ann Jared of Hollister and Erica Louise Corpuz of Sekiu, WA. Three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Private cremation has been arranged through Grunnagle-Ament-Nelson Funeral Home.

Interment with a memorial service will be held at Shenandoah Memorial Park , Winchester, VA.
