Funeral services were held on Monday, June 7, 2004 at 11 a.m. at Cathedral of Faith, 2315 Canoas Garden Ave. San Jose. Arrangements were made by Oak Hill Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations will be accepted by the family.
