William Carl Harper April 29, 1917 – February 22, 2012 A devoted father, grandfather and brother passed away on February 22, 2012. Carl is survived by daughters Janet Somavia, Virginia Coombes, her husband John Coombes, his sister Jean Harriman, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, his church family and friends.
