Joyce G. Escover passed away peacefully early Wednesday morning at the age of 80. She was beloved wife of the late Manuel J. Escover and daughter to Anthony and Dolores Vierra who preceded her.
Joyce is survived by her loving sons Steve J. Escover and Matthew M. Escover.
Joyce was devoted wife and home maker for her family. She supported all her husband’s agricultural endeavors and was an excellent cook. Her great love for animals always ensured there was room for one more dog or cat in her daily chores. Joyce also served the community many years through her participation as a precinct officer during elections. She was also an ardent supporter for the parlayed veterans and the Cancer Society. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
Friends may visit at the Grunnagle Ament Nelson Funeral Home on Monday, August 27th, 2012; from noon to 8 :00 P.M. with a Rosary at 7:00 P.M. Funeral Mass will be held at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church on August 28th, 2012, at 11:00 A.M.
