 Leroy Conrad Frandsen, 83, died peacefully Wednesday, February  11, 2015,at his home in Anderson, CA.
 Leroy is survived by his wife, Barbara Frandsen, his children: Gail Miller, Darlene Laurel, Betsy Friske, Karl Frandsen, Christine Davis, Dorothy Nunes and their spouses; 18 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Survived also by his brother, Carl Frandsen of Texas.
 He is preceded in death by his son, Steven Frandsen.
