Angie Avina Agnew, age 64, and a resident of Porterville, CA passed away, in Porterville, CA. She was born in Gilroy, CA to the late Miguel and Altagracia Avina and she graduated from Gilroy High School in 1961.
Angie worked at the Tulare Haagen-Dazs plant for 18 years before retiring in 2005. She was a great cook and liked to spend time with family and her pet, Yuma.
She is survived by her loving and very caring husband, David Agnew. Son, Ed (Karrie) Gracia of Clovis, grandson, Joel Joyner, also of Clovis. Siblings: sisters Carlotta Muniz of Gilroy, CA , and Josephine (Gus) Rios of Morgan Hill. Brothers, John Avina of Gilroy, CA and the late Nestro Avina. Cousins, Phyllis Avina Berger and the late Norbert Avina and numerous nieces and nephews, Many cousins in San Antonio, TX.
Services were held in Porterville, CA.
