 ALBERT NICKOLAS FILICE, 82, passed away at his home in Gilroy.
 Husband of Bunny Filice of Gilroy of 58 years. Father of Beverly Jensen (Wayne) of Ben Lomond, CA, James Filice (Cheryl) of San Jose, Matt Filice (Melody) of Rocklin, CA and Lori McKinley (Kevin) of San Jose. Grandfather of Nickolas, Christina, Lisa, Michelle, Daniel, John, Victoria, Erin, Megan and Jen. Great-grandfather of Bryce, Daphne, Brody and Emma. Brother of Gennaro Filice of Gilroy and Arthur Filice of Patterson, CA. Son of the late Frank and Teresa Filice. Also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
 Native born, he was raised in Gilroy and graduated from Gilroy High School. Attended the College of the Sequoias in Visalia, CA. Army Veteran of the Korean War. Discharged from Fort Ord as a Military Policeman. Moved back to Gilroy and married his wife in 1955. Worked as a farmer on his family’s ranch until 1969. He then went into Real Estate Investments.
Member of the Gilroy Elks Lodge, Gilroy American Legion, Italian Catholic Federation and St. Mary’s Church.
