Alice Wright passed away on Nov. 4, 2016 due to heart failure following a stroke. She is survived by daughters Diana Boutin and Nancy Truesdale, her grandson Sean Truesdale (wife Amy), granddaughter Stacia Stuart (husband Andrew), and great-grandchildren Sydney, Madison and Tyler Truesdale. She also has a sister, Dorothy Holman, living in Bellevue, Washington. Born in Kent, Washington to Conrad and Dorothy Holman, Alice spent her early years there. She worked as a riveter for an aircraft company during WWII. Always a hard worker, she spent 10 years as a grocery clerk while living in Lakewood, California. In later years, her friendly personality and warm smile made her transition into retail a success. She retired in 2002 from her job as manager of the San Francisco Music Box in Sunnyvale. Following her retirement, she moved to Hollister where she resided with her daughter Diana for the past 14 years. Alice was a loving mother, grandmother and friend who will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
