Amada C. “Mandy” Gutierrez February 13, 1937 – April 9, 2015

 The Rosary will be on Wednesday, April 15, 2015, at 7:00 P.M., at Black Cooper Sander Funeral Home. Her Mass will be on Thursday, April 16, 2015, at 11:00 A.M., at St. Benedict Church with a reception following at St. Benedict Hall.  Amada C. “Mandy” Gutierrez passed away at home, at the age of 78.
 She was born in Torreon, Coahuila, Mexico and married her husband, Gregorio “George” in 1963 in San Jose. They came to Hollister in 1986, from Morgan Hill and she was active in Sacred Heart/St. Benedict Church, The Chaplet of Divine Mercy, Kermesse and the church choir.
 She is survived by her husband, Gregorio Gutierrez of Hollister, her children, Juan Gutierrez of Hollister, Maria Shropshire (Corwin) of Hollister, Gregory Gutierrez of Hollister, Victor Gutierrez (Diana) of Hollister and preceded in death by her son, Carlos in 1999.  
 She is also survived by her sister, Sanivanez of Sunnyvale and her grandchildren, Gregory Turretto, Garrett Shropshire, Nicholas Gutierrez and Emma Gutierrez.
