Barbara J. Pavese was born Nov. 21, 1927 in San Francisco. She
came to Gilroy as a freshman in high school, where she met and
married Ernest Pavese in 1948. The spent 57 wonderful years
together.

Barbara enjoyed bowling, fishing, hunting and many trips in her motor home. Eagle Lake in the summer, Arizona in the winter, Canada in the spring and all points N.S.E.W. She even stayed in Gilroy at times. Many wonderful friends.
She is survived by her husband Ernest Pavese, son Larry Pavese, daughter Theresa Pavese, daughter in law Peggy Pavese and four wonderful granddaughters Angelina, Laurel, Kristina, and Averi. Teri’s two great kids Gary and Tonya; two great grandchildren from Tonya, Tyler and Kristianna.
Graveside service at St. Mary Catholic Cemetery, 900 First St., Gilroy 11am July 9th, then to the Veteran’s Hall on 6th and Eigleberry for a reception.
