The property management firm at 4 San Benito St., in Hollister, has changed its name to EM Property Management.
Edna Martin, the principal for the company, has more than 37 years experience in the field and is a lifelong Hollister resident. Martin manages residential and commercial property in Hollister, San Juan and Monterey.
“I enjoy people – talking to people,” she said, of working with her clients. “You learn a lot. Anyone is welcome to stop by.”
Martin’s office is open 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
She said she and her original partner had the first property management company in San Benito, starting with 42 units.
