After observing “suspicious activity” in the area, deputies recently responded to Mission Vineyard Road and arrested three adults in their 20s on suspicion of possessing heroin for sale, along with other drug and firearm charges.
Sheriff’s deputies at about 8:30 a.m. July 25 responded to the 400 block of Mission Vineyard Road and arrested Stephen Allen, 24, Tyler Gorman, 22, and Briann Vierra, 22, according to a sheriff’s office statement.
Deputies seized narcotics and a loaded firearm, along with “evidence of narcotic possession and sales from a nearby location,” according to the sheriff’s office.
Authorities alleged that Allen and Vierra should be charged with possession of heroin for sales and conspiracy to commit a felony. They alleged Allen also possessed a loaded firearm while selling illegal narcotics. Investigators accused Gorman of possessing prescription medication without a prescription, and all of them were suspected of possession of contraband used to ingest narcotics
