Crispin G. Espinosa passed away in Salinas. He was born in Michoacan, Mexico and lived in San Juan Bautista, coming to San Benito County in 1943 from Mexico. He married his wife, Carmen, in 1947 in Carson City, NV. He is survived by his wife, Carmen Espinosa of Hollister, his children and their spouses, Leonardo and Martha Espinosa of Hollister, Raul Espinosa of Vancouver, WA, Crispin Jr. and Brenda Espinosa of Lathrop, Vicky Espinosa of San Juan Bautista, Consuelo Espinosa of Gilroy, Ofelia and Frank Orabuena of Hollister, Ruben and Regina Espinosa of Hollister, Jose Luis Espinosa of San Juan Bautista and Sylvia Espinosa of Gilroy. He is preceded in death by his daughter, Teresa Espinosa.
He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and his nephew, Apolonio Juarez.
Friends can pay their respects on Monday, Jan. 21, 2008 from 12:00 noon until 9:00 P.M. at Black Cooper Sander Funeral Home. The Rosary will be at 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home. The Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday at Old Mission San Juan Bautista. Interment will follow the Mass at San Juan Cemetery.
