Passed away at St. Louise Hospital on Thursday, June 18, 2009 due to complications of Pulmonary Fibrosis. Daughter of the late Leopoldo and Consuelo Baltazar. Mother of Joseph Baltazar, and Danelle Baltazar of Gilroy. Sister of Polly Mercado, Peter Baltazar, Joe Baltazar, Manuel Baltazar, Paul Baltazar, Yolanda De La Cruz, Esther Rivera, Rosemary Baltazar and the late Roy Baltazar.
Also survived by many niece, nephews, uncles, aunts and cousins. Born and raised in Gilroy, she worked at Target for many years.
Funeral Services Wednesday, June 24, 2009 – 10:00 A.M. at Habing Family Funeral Home, Gilroy with viewing to begin at 9:00 A.M. Burial will follow at Gavilan Hills Memorial Park, Gilroy.
