Emma passed away in Lawton, Oklahoma on January 17, 2018 at the age of 89. She had been living with her daughter there since August 2016. Emma was a longtime resident of Hollister having lived there since 1945.
She is survived by her husband of 67 years Ray Marquez, children Samuel Marquez, Michael Marquez and Esther Marquez Elliott, also her sister Connie Weatherbee along with grand and great grandchildren.
As a Jehovah’s Witness for more than 72 years she had made it her life’s goal to spend as much time as possible helping others to learn of Godís promises recorded in the Bible.
Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service to be held Saturday February 17, 2018 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses located at 2410 Fallon Road at 1:00pm here in Hollister.
