Eric Ray Skow, of Tres Pinos, was born October, 10th, 2014, and passed away hours later, in the early morning of October 11, 2014, at Hazel Hawkins Hospital due to Epstein’s Anomaly.
Eric Ray is predeceased by Donald Eric Skow, Papa.
He is survived by Doris Skow, great-grandmother; Donald Denton, great-grandfather; Carol Wise (Gigi), great-grandmother; Pat Skow, Nana, Robert Ray and Nancy Denton; Nana and Bumpa; Dane and Stephanie Skow; Momma and Dada; Rylie (10) and Katie Mae (four), big sisters; 10 aunts and uncles; and five cousins.
Dane and Stephanie would like to express their deepest gratitude to the entire nursing staff of the Hazel Hawkins Women’s Center, Dr. Carota, Dr. Armstrong, Dr. Hurtado, Dr. Amin and the neonatal transport team from Good Samaritan Hospital for their valiant efforts in attempting to save their baby boy and their tireless compassion, support, care and comfort through the entire process.
