Errol is survived by his wife of 25 years Denita; children Eric Shupe, Joshua Shupe Myers), Derrol Shupe, Melissa (Kevin) Easterwood, and Nate Anderson. Granddaughters Brooklyn and Bailey; his father Dale Shupe; sisters Sheli Talley and Lydia (Mike) Choiser; brothers Pete (Victor) Corsaro and Greg Corsaro; two nieces and five nephews; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Preceded in death by his mother Donna Highfill. Errol grew up in Tracy & loved the FFA and raising his pigs. His uncle Albert and aunt Dorothy were a great part of his life growing up.

n 1982, he joined the Navy and was an Airman. At the end of his term he was stationed at Moffett Field. He loved being that close to home. A few years later he moved to Atascadero where he worked for an asphalt company as a mechanic. From there he became a tow truck driver. He then moved to Oregon for a short time then back to Tracy. From there he spent the next 16 years in San Juan Bautista and six years in Gilroy as a truck driver for a couple of different companies.

In San Juan Bautista, Errol got involved with the Boy Scouts of America with his sons as a Scout Leader, and he had so much fun. He also was a little league coach in San Juan Bautista. He was a member of the San Juan Service Club. When the kids got into High School he and Denita were going to go to the football game and the kids said if they went they would not go.

Errol and Denita had always wanted a motorcycle so they went looking and bought a Harley Davidson Fat Boy. Then the kids were upset their parents were gone all the time. They loved riding every chance they had.

Errol enjoyed sitting in the garage polishing his bike and hanging out with his buddies. They had their own little group they called the Cardiac Fat Boy Group.

Errol had many heart problems over a 20 year span and a heart transplant in 2006, but he kept on enjoying life with his family and all his friends. This past summer he traded his Fat Boy in and sold Denita’s bike for a Harley Trike so they could keep riding with their friends. He could fix anything and was always ready to help other people. Errol will be missed by many.
