The fourth armed robbery at a local pharmacy in the past six months occurred Monday at Lucky supermarket.

Hollister police reported that all four cases are similar and today’s involved a male suspect with a shotgun.

The suspect robbed the pharmacy and left immediately, said HPD Lt. Dan Winn.

This morning’s robbery occurred shortly before 10 a.m. and was “extremely similar” to robberies in late August, November and late December, Winn said.

The other pharmacy robberies were at Rite Aid and ANSR twice.

Police previously described the suspect a male, 5-foot-4, with a thin build and in his early 20s.

This also comes after two recent robberies at two other local businesses.

Hollister police released details about two robberies Jan. 30 at Andy’s All About Fruit and Happy Cafe. The armed robberies occurred at the health-food shop and restaurant about an hour and 15 minutes apart that day.
