Frances M. Sawyer of Morgan Hill lost her most recent battle with cancer on Friday, January 15, 2010. She tried hard to combat her latest setback of hepatobiliary cancer, but just didn’t have the physical strength to pull off what her mental toughness wanted to accomplish. She is survived by her husband of 56 years Houghton (Tom), son Kevin (Terri), daughter Maureen Henningsen (Mike), and seven loving grandchildren, Megan Wilson, Gillian Brotherson, Kameron Sawyer, Molly, Colleen, Kelly, and Scott Henningsen. She was preceded by son Brian and daughter Eileen. Born in Edinburgh, Scotland in 1926, and immigrated to California in 1950. She enjoyed family, vacations at Summer Home Park, and volunteering at school and church. She was a past member of the Flower
