Gilroy at the age of 41.
Gregory “Greg” Kroeger passed away from an automobile accident July 25 in Gilroy at the age of 41.

Greg is survived by his daughter Kaitlyn Kroeger of Gilroy; he is the loving son of Bobbie Ueki of Fresno and Marvin Ueki of Gilroy, and Bill and his wife, Peggy Kroeger, of Shady Cove, Oregon; grandson of Toshiko Ueki of Gilroy. Greg is the brother of Michael and his wife, Mary Kroeger, of Gilroy, Kenny Kroeger of Gilroy, Nicole and her husband, Michael Buessing, of Fresno, Jim Calbreath of Scottsdale, Ariz., and Susan and her husband, Christian von Beverfoerde, of Fresno; uncle of John and Alyssa Kroeger of Gilroy, and Christopher and Kendal Buessing of Fresno. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many close friends.

Greg was born and raised in Gilroy and graduated from Gilroy High School. He was in the construction trade for over twenty years and was employed by Farotte Construction for many of those years.

Visitation will be Thursday between the hours of 3 and 8 p.m. at Habing Family Funeral Home in Gilroy. Funeral Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday, July 30 at the Gilroy Presbyterian Church, 6000 Miller Avenue, Gilroy.

The family would appreciate donations to a trust fund for Greg’s daughter Kaitlyn at the Wells Fargo Bank, Gilroy, Acct# 5814269782.
