Lifelong Hollister resident
Lifelong Hollister resident Inez Martin died Sunday, Jan. 5, 2003 at Hazel Hawkins Hospital. She was 58.
Ms. Martin was a member of Sacred Heart Parish and formerly attended H.O.P.E. She played bingo at Sacred Heart Church since the church began sponsoring the games many years ago.
She is survived by her mother, Inez Y. Martin of Hollister; her brothers and sisters, Romaldo, Leo and Jerry Martin, Rosemary Vallejo, Tina Ramage, Paula Martin and Billie “Dot” Rovella, all of Hollister, and Adela Freitas of San Juan Bautista; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Leo Martin.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Grunnagle-Ament-Nelson Funeral Home. Family and friends will leave the funeral home Thursday at 10:30 a.m. for a Mass at Sacred Heart Church at 11 a.m. Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery.
Memorials are preferred to H.O.P.E. or to a favorite charity, in care of the funeral home.
