Isabel Guerra August 13, 1924 – November 18, 2013

A funeral mass will be held at Immaculate Conception Parish Tres Pinos on Saturday, November 23, 2013, at 12:00 P.M. A private interment will take place after the mass where Isabel will be laid to rest with her love, Anthony Guerra. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to the Sacred Heart Parish School or your favorite charity
 Isabel Guerra passed away November 18, 2013, at her home at the age of 89 surrounded by her family.   
 Isabel was born in Sunnyvale, CA but moved to Hollister at an early age and attended local schools. She travelled across country to New York via train with her soon to be in-laws to marry Anthony Guerra on January 5, 1944 before he left for Europe to fight in WWII. They were married for 60 years before Anthony passed away.
 She is survived by her brother Vincent Castello, her three sons, Al, Gary, and Frank,13 grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren.
 She loved vacationing in Tahoe with her husband and loved gardening and baking – friends, family and neighbors will fondly remember her bringing over her flower arrangements and bulbs to share as well as her famous chocolate chip cookies.
