It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our son Jeff.
He had been in the hospital the past few years with complications with his heart.
He will be so greatly missed.
He is survived by his daughter Samantha Ingram (Husband Josh) granddaughter Haley, Kathy Hedden and family.
His son Clayton Daniel Cummins, his mother Kelly Barker and family. Sister Debbie Buckles (Husband Bruce) and niece Lindsay, sister Pam St. Cloud, niece Crissy Diaz (Husband Anthony Diaz and Baby Evangeline. Aunt and Uncle Joann and Justin and Burke Stewart. Mother Gayle Cummins and father Gil Cummins. Special friends Tammy and Daniel, Heather and Jeff and Richard.
We will miss you and always love you, our son.
