A Celebration of Jennifer’s Life will be held on Friday, February 21, 2014, at Valley Christian High School, 100 Skyway Dr., San Jose at 10:30 A.M. All are welcome – including children. Jennifer loves eclectic fashion, so dress in whatever feels comfortable – pajamas and ball gowns are equally appropriate. A reception will follow immediately at the school. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in Jennifer’s memory to The Lucile Packard Foundation For Children’s Health. DIPG has no treatment….no cure….and research is made more difficult by the scarcity of tissue to study. The Jennifer Kranz Research Fund has been established where tax deductible gifts will go entirely to the very researchers who have Jennifer’s tumor. http://bit.ly/1gcr1Xf
Condolences can be made at www.HabingFamilyFuneralHome.com.
Jennifer (“JLK”) was killed by a cancerous brain tumor (DIPG) only three and a half months after being diagnosed on October 28, 2013 – her sixth birthday.
She is survived by her loving parents, Tony and Elizabeth (Libby) Kranz, grandparents Bill and Mary Scharrenberg and Heidi Newhouse, 12 aunts and uncles and 17 cousins. Jennifer will be particularly missed by her brothers, Jonathan (4) and Nicholas (2) and baby sister, Charlotte.
