Jewell Elizabeth O’Connor was born in Hollister, CA on 2/23/24 and died on 9/21/12 in San Leandro, CA. Julie was a wife, mother, grandmother, RN, avid gardener and loved the beach.
Her adoring husband of 35 years preceded her in death in 1989. She is survived by two children, Karen Weiler of Rogers, AR and Steve O’Connor of San Leandro, CA, a son-in-law, Mark Weiler and daughter-in-law Trish O’Connor, four grandchildren – Kelly Weiler Nelson and Bill Weiler of Denver,Co and Carson and Kelsey O’Connor of San Leandro, CA. She was expecting a first great-grandchild in January.
There will be a family graveside ceremony on Thursday, September 27, 2012, and a celebration of her life following.
