Laura Carrillo Duran October 21, 1965 – March 17, 2016

 Funeral was held last week.
 Our beloved family member, Laura Duran, peacefully passed away March 17th, 2016. 
 Laura was preceded in death by her father, Antonio V. Duran in 2014, and survived by her mother, Luz Duran, brothers, Antonio “Tony” (Raylene), Juan (Sonia) and sister, Irene Duran. 
 Laura was a loving aunt to nephews, Antonio III, Jaime, Adrian Duran and niece, Aiyana Duran. She also leaves her Aunt Sally Duran Armendariz as well as many uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
 Laura attended Gilroy High, graduated from Gavilan College with an Associate of Arts and from San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Science in Administration of Justice. She was a dedicated employee of Santa Clara County for over 25 years and was a community volunteer for CARAS where she was awarded a CARAS community champion.
 She was a generous and loving person to her entire family
She will be deeply missed.
