 Marilyn Marlene Jimenez passed away at home in Gilroy, CA, at the age of 78 years. She was born in San Francisco, CA on December 12, 1935, to Robert and Muriel Smith.
 Marilyn was a resident of Santa Clara County for 14 years. In that time she was a member of the Cadillac/LaSalle club where she enjoyed overnight trips up and down the California Coast.
 She spent numerous hours as a volunteer at the Morgan Hill Library and At the Wings of History Air Museum.
 Prior to living in Santa Clara, Marilyn was a successful business owner of Reliable Tire Center in Riverside, CA for 30 Years.
 She loved gardening, music and spending time with family. She was loved by so many and enriched the lives of those who had the pleasure of knowing her.
 Marilyn is survived by the love of her life, Lionel Mattos, of Gilroy, CA., was the loving mother of Diane Livingston (Donny), Susan Bridgewater (Don), Michael  Jimenez (Sue), and Theresa Alonzo (Mike) all of Riverside, CA. She is also survived by six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, her sister Delores Nolting (Harv) and brother Robert Smith, many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
