Melody Ortiz Ames November 20, 1956 – May 30, 2016

Melody (Ortiz) Ames, 59, died on Monday, May 30, 2016, at Hershey Medical Center. She was the wife of Michael L. Ames.
 Melody was born in San Jose, CA on November 20, 1956. She was the daughter of Petra (Noriega) Ortiz and the late Felix Ortiz.  
 Melody was a homemaker.
 Mrs. Ames was a member of the Family Worship Center in Red Lion. She enjoyed quilting and most importantly, spending time with her family and grandchildren.
 Along with her husband, Michael, Melody is survived by two daughters, Valerie Trejo and her husband, Vincent of Wrightsville, PA and Sarah Snell of Boise, ID; Six grandchildren, Abryanna, Josiah, Jordan, Alexandra, Dominick and Madison; three brothers Sam, Jimmy and George; and two sisters, Carol and Margarita.
