The San Benito County Sheriff’s Office wanted to remind residents about the celebration Tuesday night for National Night Out in downtown Hollister.
According to an announcement from the sheriff’s office:
The San Benito County Sheriff’s Office, teaming with the Hollister Police Department, will be having a National Night Out Celebration tonight in downtown Hollister.  The festivities will be on San Benito Street at 4th Street.  Local Law Enforcement will be receiving awards and commendations.  There will be food available for purchase from local vendors.  Also there will be raffle prizes and games to play with the Officers and Deputies.  The games will include a rock climbing wall and a dunk tank where you can dunk the Sheriff, Chief or some of our elected officials.
The event will begin at 5:00pm and go until 8:00pm. Please come out and get to know your local Deputies and Officers. Our National Anthem will be sung by Hollister’s own Joe Fata who was on La Voz Kids on Telemundo.
