The Hollister Seventh-day Adventist Christian School now has Principal Rebecca Nelson at its helm.

“I’m extremely excited about this new school years,” she said in a press release. “As staff and student body, we are looking forward to making a positive impact in learning as well as in our community.”

Nelson is a native of California. She graduated from La Sierra University with a bachelor’s in liberal studies, with a concentration in Spanish, and a master’s in teaching.

The site is under renovation, which will include new carpets, a new roof and a resurfaced parking lot. School starts Aug. 24. The school is located at 2020 Santa Ana Road.
