San Benito County Judge Steven Sanders
Elvira Brauch Torres, 48, of Seaside, Calif., was sentenced to five days in county jail, three years of probation, three months in a first-time offender DUI program, and fined $1,890 for misdemeanor drunken driving.
Jorge Ortiz Sanchez, 22, of Hollister, was sentenced to 25 days in county jail, three years of probation, and fined $1,998 for misdemeanor drunken driving and driving without a valid license.
Jonathan Beltran Ray, 37, of Salinas, was sentenced to 65 days in county jail, three years of probation, three years of a restricted license and fined $2,682 for misdemeanor drunken driving with a prior conviction.
Keith Allen Borchers, 37, of Hollister, was sentenced to 30 in county jail, three years of probation, and fined $480 for misdemeanor threats.
Dianne Theresa Bedard, 51, of Hollister, was sentenced to 20 days in county jail, three years of probation, nine months in a first-time offender DUI program and fined $ for misdemeanor drunken driving.
Renato Ortega Mejia, 29, homeless, was sentenced to three years of probation for misdemeanor burglary, vandalism and resisting arrest.
Frank Guevara Reyes, 54, of Hollister, was sentenced to 60 days in county jail, three years of probation, and fined $650 for misdemeanor domestic violence.
Sheila Marie Parker, 33, of Freedom, Calif., was sentenced to three years in state prison for identity theft with a prior felony.
Noel Rene Luna, 24, of Hollister, was sentenced to one year in county jail for misdemeanor resisting arrest.
Luis Manuel Gonzalez, 27, of Hollister, was sentenced to 10 days in county jail, one year of probation, and fined $480 for misdemeanor battery.
Steven James Gramlich, 46, of Paicines, was sentenced to 31 days in county jail, three years of probation, nine months in a first-time offender DUI program and fined $2,322 for misdemeanor drunken driving.
Michael Scott Parkin, 48, of Hollister, was sentenced to three years of probation and fined $1,890 for misdemeanor drunken driving.
Arlet Leticia Perez, 26, of Hollister, was sentenced to 80 hours of community service, one year of probation, and fined $480 for misdemeanor resisting arrest.
Gregory James Pena Jr., 20, of Hollister, was sentenced to one year of probation and a restricted license, and fined $660 for misdemeanor public intoxication and minor in possession of alcohol.
Nathan James Pulliam, 30, of Chico, Calif., was sentenced to 85 in county jail, three years of probation, 18 months in a second-time DUI offender program and fined $2,480 for misdemeanor drunken driving.
