San Benito County Judge Steven Sanders

Jesus Martin Granados, 37, of Hollister, was sentenced to five days in county jail, two years of probation and fined $650 for misdemeanor disturbing the peace.

Brett Phillips Nichols, 27, of Gilroy, was sentenced to five days in county jail, three months in a first-time DUI offender program, three years of probation and fined $1,890 for misdemeanor drunken driving.

David Vargas, 47, of Hollister, was sentenced to 40 days in county jail, 18 months in a second-time DUI offender program, three years of probation and fined $2,702 for misdemeanor drunken driving and engaging in speed contests.

Robert Lechuga, 41, of Hollister, was sentenced to 120 days in county jail, three years of probation and fined $650 for misdemeanor domestic violence.

James Scott Kindred, 39, of Hollister, was sentenced to 50 days in county jail, five years of probation, two years of a restricted license and fined $2,322 for misdemeanor driving under the influence and driving on a suspended license.

James Scott Kindred, 39, of Hollister, was sentenced to 180 days in county jail, five years of probation and fined $2,322 for misdemeanor flight from a traffic officer with disregard for safety, driving under the influence and resisting arrest.

Jose Antonio Munoz, 38, of Hollister, was sentenced to 30 days in county jail, three years of probation and $480 for misdemeanor burglary, resisting arrest, receiving stolen property and resisting arrest causing serious injury.
