Police have arrested MediLeaf co-founder Goyoko "Batzi" Kuburovich for a multi-million dollar embezzlement “scandal” – however the charges are a separate can of worms from Kuburovich’s harried past that revolves around alleged illegal cannabis sales and money laundering.

The search for Sierra LaMar, 15, will expand to San Martin and Gilroy Thursday, nearly three weeks after the missing Morgan Hill resident was reported missing. 

San Benito County supervisors voted 3-2 on Tuesday to start negotiations with the City of Hollister on a contract for fire services, a move that would end a nearly 60-year relationship between the county and Calfire.
