Authorities have located the airplane that crashed in the Diablo Mountains and the deceased victim of the accident. 

Authorities are searching for a plane they believe crashed this week somewhere near New Idria, according to a statement from the San Benito County Sheriff’s Office.

The trial of accused child killer Cheryl L. Busch has been delayed again, this time until April.

Police say they have recovered and impounded the car of 27-year-old Abel Gutierrez, an Iraq war veteran who shot and killed his 11-year-old sister, Lucero Luna-Gutierrez, in the head before taking his own life Wednesday.
