Overturned semi blocks both lanes on southbound U.S. 101

As of 8:40 a.m. today an overturned semi-trailer truck caused back-to-back traffic on U.S. 101 southbound for up to 3.5 miles south of the Monterey Road exit in Gilroy.

CHP officers and a tow truck were on scene where the massive vehicle, which was laying on its side, blocked both lanes.
