On June 26, 2015, police were called to investigate a burglary of an apartment in which several expensive electronic items were taken. The victim was able to provide crucial identifying information that led officers to a possible suspect. A search warrant was written for an apartment located at 805 South Street. On July 8, 2015, Officers from San Benito County Probation, Hollister Police Detectives and Hollister Police Officers executed the search warrant.
When police arrived several people inside the apartment attempted to flee but they were all detained. During the search officers found items reportedly stolen from the recent burglary.
