Police Blotter 9-17-04

UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF DRUGS:

Francis Wiggins, 35, of 1510 Valley View Rd. #10 in Hollister, was arrested by Hollister police for being under the influence of suspected methamphetamine, a misdemeanor, at 10:17pm after officers were dispatched to her home for a call of a child screaming for several minutes, police said. Chemical cleaner was found on the floor of the 2-year-old boy’s bedroom floor but he was not injured, and was placed in the custody of Child Protective Services, police said.
