POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE:
Jesus Batres, 21, of 341 Locust Avenue in Hollister, was arrested by Hollister police for possession of suspected methamphetamine, a felony, and possession of a glass pipe, a misdemeanor, in the 300 block of Third Street at midnight on Wednesday, according to jail records.
FIGHTING IN PUBLIC:
Erika Saenz, 27, of 1531 Diablo Dr. in Hollister, and Heather Lizzette Aranda, 19, of Fresno, were arrested for fighting in public, a misdemeanor, in the 700 block of Busby Court at 6:50pm on Wednesday, according to jail records.
All persons named are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
