Drunk in public, East Street
At 12:22 a.m. on Saturday, a 35-year-old Hollister man was kicked out of Agua Azul on the 800 block of East Street. Once outside, the subject began vomiting in the parking lot and showed signs of being unable to care for himself. Police arrested the man and booked him into the county jail.
Carry or conceal a dirk or dagger, Victoria Avenue
At 5:13 p.m. on Sunday, a 45-year-old Hollister man was stopped by police on his bicycle on the 1100 block of Victoria Avenue. The suspect was patted down for weapons and police found a concealed knife. He was arrested and booked into the county jail.
Petty theft, San Juan Road
At 7:01 p.m. on Sunday, a 63-year-old Hollister man left the Quik Stop on the 1300 block of San Juan Road without paying for his soda. Police said that the suspect displayed some unusual behavior at the time of the arrest and was booked into the county jail.
CRIMINAL COMPLAINTS
Unreasonable noise, Bordeaux Place
At 10 p.m. on Saturday, a 24-year-old Hollister man held a party at his residence on the 500 block of Bordeaux Place. The party disturbed his neighbors who placed the suspect under citizens arrest. He was cited for unreasonable noise and released.
Willfully disturb a school, Meridian Street
At 10:16 a.m. on Thursday, a Hollister juvenile was out of control in a classroom at Marguerite Maze Middle School on the 900 block of Meridian Street. Police said that the student was throwing things around the classroom and also had a screwdriver. When police arrived, the student resisted their attempts to control him. He was detained and cited and released to his parents.
Burglary, Haydon Street
On April 22, someone in Lincoln City used the credit card and bank account of a Hollister resident to withdraw money. The victim reported the crime at 3:36 p.m. on Thursday. No suspect information was available.
