At 8 a.m., Monday police responded to a vehicle break in near
the 300 block of East View Drive. The reporting party left the
vehicle unlocked overnight and when he returned to the car in the
morning the door was open and the stereo system was taken. The
police have no suspects at this time.
Theft, East View Drive

At 8 a.m., Monday police responded to a vehicle break in near the 300 block of East View Drive. The reporting party left the vehicle unlocked overnight and when he returned to the car in the morning the door was open and the stereo system was taken. The police have no suspects at this time.

Theft, Tres Pinos Road

Police responded to a report that between 4 p.m. Sunday and 8 a.m. Monday, the reporting party’s vehicle was broken into at the Kmart parking lot. The GPS system, a MP3 player and vitamin were taken. Police have no suspects at this time.

Tampering, McCray Street

Just after 3:30 p.m. Monday, officers responded at the Save Mart parking lot, when security guards caught a drunken man trying to open the doors of multiple cars. The man was inside the store before he was told to leave and while leaving he started going up to random cars in the parking lot. The man was taken into custody.

Burglary, Tres Pinos Road

At around 3:30 p.m. Monday, officers reported a suspect walked into Kmart and took a jewelry display off the counter. The suspect then just walked out the door. Police are still investigating.

False ID, B Street

Near 2:30 a.m. on Tuesday officers made a stop near the 700 block of B Street. When the officers made contact with the people in the vehicle and asked for identification, the passengers gave the officers fake IDs. The IDs had someone else’s photo on them. The case has been sent to the district attorney’s office.

Threats, Panorama Drive

Just after 6 p.m. Tuesday police responded to a report of two neighbors fighting. The neighbors got into an argument about an unreported matter before the suspect pushed and threatened the other. Police issued a citation.

Burglary, Cerra Vista Court

Police responded around noon Tuesday to the 1800 block of Cerra Vista Drive, when a resident returned home form work to discover that his front door was unlocked. Items stolen from the home include a bicycle, iPods, stereo equipment, a video game system and clothing. Footage of the suspect was found, and he is described as a white male who wore a purple shirt and black pants.

Reckless driving, Nash Road

Around 7:30 p.m. near the 800 block of Nash Road, officers watched a man on a motorcycle doing wheelies down the road. Officers pulled the man over and wrote him a citation.

Battery, Central Avenue

Police responded to two juveniles fighting at Calaveras School near the 1000 block of Central Avenue at 7:30 Tuesday. The two juveniles were fighting during a game of basketball. One of the juveniles was sent to the hospital to treat his injuries.

Battery, Monterey Street

Just after 9 p.m. Wednesday near the 1200 block of Monterey Street, police responded to two high school girls fighting. The two were fighting over an unknown disagreement. Police are still investigating.

Battery, Tres Pinos Road

Police responded at 10:30 a.m. to a report of two adult males fighting for a financial disagreement near the 400 block of Tres Pinos Road. The two men were pushing each other. Police are still investigating.

Burglary, Santa Ana Road

Near the 900 block of Santa Ana Road, police responded at 6 p.m. Wednesday when the reporting party’s car was broken into. The car’s door was forced open and its stereo was taken. Police are still investigating.
